at / on / in の使い分け
時刻のような点は at、曜日・日付のような1日は on、月・季節・年のような広い期間は in を使います。
at
点（時刻・瞬間）— at 3 p.m.
on面（曜日・日付）— on Monday
in囲い（月・季節・年）— in July / in summer
before / after の使い分け
ある出来事を基準にして、その前か後かを表します。
before
〜の前に — before breakfast
after〜の後に — after school
