前置詞のあとに名詞を続けます。

文法のルール
by + 交通手段は無冠詞。
I go to school by a bus.
I go to school by bus.
by + 交通手段は「手段」を抽象的に表すので冠詞を付けません。by bus / by train のように無冠詞で使います。
with + 単数の数えられる道具には a / an が必要。
I write with pen.
I write with a pen.
with + 単数の数えられる道具を具体的に指すときは冠詞が必要です。with a pen のように a / an を付けます（by + 交通手段の無冠詞とは異なります）。
「人に話す」は talk to、「〜について」は talk about。talk to 人 about 内容の語順にする。
I talked about him about the plan.
I talked to him about the plan.
「人に話す」は talk to、「〜について」は talk about。両方使うときは talk to 人 about 内容 の語順です。
of は A of B の形で「B の A」を表す。
